Yes — every apartment in our 108-stay collection is in a real Dubai Marina tower (The Address Residences by Marina Mall, 5242 Tower, Elite Residence, LIV Marina, Vida Residences, Ocean Heights and others — 41 in all), most a short walk to the Marina Walk waterfront and within ten minutes of JBR beach and the Metro.

Most are 5–10 minutes' walk from the JBR beach and The Walk promenade. The Marina-front apartments themselves overlook the canal and yachts rather than the open sea; each listing names its building, so the tower filter lets you pick one at the beach end of the Marina.

All three. Nightly, weekly and monthly stays are available, and the rate on each card updates for your dates the moment you set them. Monthly stays typically unlock a meaningfully lower nightly rate — send an inquiry with your dates for a tailored monthly quote.

Nightly rates start from around AED 384 before taxes for a compact studio or 1-bed, and rise with size, view, season and demand. Pick dates and every card shows that stay's nightly rate, with VAT, the per-bedroom Tourism Dirham fee and any refundable deposit itemised in the price panel before your request is sent.

Standard check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is often possible — just ask when you reserve and we'll do our best to accommodate based on the calendar.

Every stay is fully furnished with a full kitchen (oven, hob, fridge, kettle, microwave, cookware), complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, fresh linen and towels and a professional clean before arrival. Most buildings also include a shared pool, gym, sauna and 24-hour reception.

Not with every apartment. 11 of our 108 Marina apartments list a covered bay in their amenities; the others are in towers with visitor or nearby public parking. If you are driving, say so in your enquiry and we will confirm a bay before anything is confirmed.

Pet policies vary by building and by owner. Some accept well-behaved small pets, others don't. Please send us an inquiry with your dates and pet details and we'll confirm a pet-friendly apartment for you.

Easily. The Dubai Metro Red Line has two stations at the Marina (DMCC and Sobha Realty), the Marina Tram loops the district, and taxis and ride-hailing are abundant and inexpensive. The Marina Walk itself is fully pedestrian, and the JBR beach, mall and tram are all walkable.

Very. Dubai Marina is one of Dubai's most popular family neighbourhoods, with a well-lit waterfront promenade, kid-friendly restaurants, the JBR beach, Bluewaters Island and the Marina Mall all within walking distance. Buildings are gated with 24-hour reception and CCTV.

October to April is peak season — warm, comfortable weather and the busiest Marina nightlife and events. May to September is hot but quieter, with the best value nightly rates, fully air-conditioned indoor everything and the building pool to cool off in.

6 of our Marina apartments have three bedrooms (in Ocean Heights, 5242 Tower and Damac Heights among others) and none has four. For a bigger party the practical option is two apartments in the same tower — send us the group size and dates and we will suggest a pairing from the calendar.

Dubai International Airport (DXB) is about 35 km away, usually half an hour by taxi when the roads are clear. The Metro Red Line runs from DMCC station in the Marina straight to DXB Terminals 1 and 3.

Yes — we can arrange a private airport pickup or drop-off in a sedan or van, with the driver tracking your flight. Mention it in your inquiry with your flight number and we'll quote the transfer up front.
